Gentle Infant Sleep Training

Sleep training for your infant 3 months and older. Gently teach your baby to sleep longer stretches through the night, no crying it out! Breastfeeding friendly!

Each client receives personalized care to meet their family's needs and parenting styles.

• During our first call I help assess your infant's daily routine and discuss methods you may have tried or heard of to see what will work best for you. We will also set up our virtual nursery/bedroom sleep environment consultation
• After our initial call we will track your routine for 3 days so that I can evaluate the plan and make changes to your schedule if need be. You will then receive a 1hr call where we will discuss how to implement your plan, printable versions of the plan as well as a sleep guide e-book with printable pdfs for your reference.
• Starting from the day you choose to start your plan(most parents choose a weekend to start sleep training) I will guide you through text and email support for two weeks. If you have chosen in-person training I will be there with you for the first 3nights to help implement your new plan followed by the two weeks of email and text support.

Package 1: $450

• 1 hour discovery call
• Daytime feeding schedule and support

Package 2: $1500

• 1 hour discovery call
• 3 Nights of overnight care
• Daytime feeding schedule and support
• Custom sleep plan plus 3 months of schedules
• 2 weeks of text and email support
• Nursery/Bedroom Sleep Environment Consultation
• PDF sleep guide printables
• 1 hour follow up call

Add-Ons:

Additional 1hr Phone Support $25: 
 After the two weeks of support you may want an additional phone call or two to help you transition baby to one of their new schedules. Or maybe a life change has occurred, i.e. daycare, or perhaps your family will be going on vacation. We can discuss your options and implement a new plan if needed. (New schedules can be added below)

New Schedule $25 each additional month:
  Has your child outgrown the 3 months of scheduling that was provided for your family? You can order new schedules to accomodate life changes and next phases! 

In Person Feeding Support $75: 
  Part of your initial package will include daytime feeding suggestions. If you are having trouble implementing the new feeding schedule I can come help assess the situation and give hands on support.
