In-Person Doula Services for Home and Birth Center Births

When to Book: It's best to book between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy, but you can start as soon as you're ready. Depending on timing, we’ll schedule 3–5 prenatal visits to establish your birth plan and nurture the mother-doula relationship.
